Rates:
Our standard rate is $155 for an initial assessment and $150 per 55-minute session after that.
Payment:
Cash, check, all major credit cards, HSA and FSA accepted for payment.
Superbills for insurance reimbursement available upon request.
Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the cost of the scheduled session.
