Individual Therapy

Brandie specializes in individual therapy for adults.  Her practice focuses on treating PTSD, trauma, sexual assault, self-esteem issues, sports performance, grief and anxiety.  

 

Brandie's most important goal in providing therapy is that she creates a safe space for every client to work thru their own healing process.  She has been described by clients as being both direct and very warm.

Some clients prefer short term and/or intensive work to address an immediate need.  As a result of that, Brandie offers a 3 hour EMDR intensive option.  If you have questions or you are interested, please reach out to schedule a free 20 minute consultation.
